About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Gladesville Sporties as a Duty Manager/Club Supervisor. In this casual role, you will be responsible for the daily operations and customer service of the club, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all members and guests. The position is based in Gladesville, NSW 2111.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the daily operations of the club, including managing staff, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all club members and guests

Handling cash management and additional back of house tasks

Promoting the club's brand and services to the local community

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar supervisory or management role within the hospitality or tourism industry

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with compliance regulations

A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude

A valid RSA, RCG and ARCG certification
