Via the recent acquisition of Hills Antennas resulting in exponential growth, an exciting new opportunity is available for an energetic, results driven and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dedicated team.
We are looking for an ACT based person to service the ACT and Southern NSW Electrical Wholesale channel.

About the Role
Our Sales Representatives are responsible for marketing, promoting, and servicing our clients with a core focus on sales growth from new and existing clients. This role is for someone who enjoys the autonomy of being on the road growing their portfolio by conducting sales visits through building and nurturing strong business relationships.
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional who is articulate and numerate with high level communication skills and attention to detail. You will be required to communicate with our customers face to face, via telephone and email and be responsible for –
• Maintaining, retaining, and growing relationships with existing accounts.
• Growing sales and meeting budgeted sales targets.
• Promoting new product ranges.
• Proactively research potential clients and conduct cold calling.
• Processing & responding to customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Following up customer enquiries; pricing, product recommendations, product specification sheets, accounts discrepancies, freight charges etc.
• Reporting to the National Sales Manager on products, pricing, market feedback as well as regular progress meetings.
About You
You will be a dynamic individual who has a passion for sales. Driven by achieving results with outstanding customer service.
• 2+ years sales experience (experience in the RF Antenna, Security, Data or Electrical Wholesale Industry would be an advantage).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Team focused whilst able to work autonomously.
• Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated with a proactive new business focus.
• Experience managing deadlines and time sensitive customer expectations.
• Great time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to form and maintain long term, strong relationships with customers and fellow team members.
• Advanced Skills in use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word & MYOB an advantage.
• A valid drivers’ license.
• Ability to travel within ACT and Southern NSW.
• Able to travel interstate for meetings and training.
