About the role
The Change and Engagement Lead would play a pivotal role in developing and facilitating the organisational change program to align with strategic objectives. The role would be responsible for the smooth adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working across the organisation and where relevant with external stakeholders. This role is critical in driving successful organisational change initiatives.
Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Design and execute comprehensive, enterprise change management strategies that support NHVR strategic goals, ensuring smooth transitions during organisational changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, ensuring effective communication and buy-in throughout the change process.
- Identify potential risks associated with proposed changes and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes.
- Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

About You
As the ideal candidate you will be a seasoned professional in the enterprise change space who has a holistic all-rounder approach when it comes to change as well as experience with change in major initiatives. You will have a “people first” mentality and take pride in your ability to build and maintain relationships and drive a true valued outcome from not only an organisation perspective but an industry. You will have experience with working across different areas from corporate, ICT, heavy vehicle or similar and have an agile and adaptable way of working.
To be successful in this role you will possess
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of proven experience in managing large-scale change programs within complex organisations.
- Experience working in enterprise-wide change initiatives including cultural, digital or operational transformations.
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Change Management, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Preparedness to work out of business hours and undertake intrastate and interstate travel as required.
- A current driver’s licence
- PROSCI Management Certification highly desirable
