As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Dispensary Technician to join our expanding team. Reporting directly to our Pharmacy Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with our pharmacists and technicians to support day-to-day operations including dispensing medications, processing orders, and managing patient records on our custom-built platform.

Please note: You must hold a valid Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy or have completed a Dispensary Technician Short Course to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense and prepare orders using our in-house pharmacy portal linked to our patient platform

Collaborate with our medical and customer service teams to assist with any patient or order-related queries

Support pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions, record-keeping, and dispatch of medication

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

2+ years' experience as a Dispensary Technician (highly desirable)

A valid Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy or Dispensary Short Course certificate

Full working rights in Australia
