The Team

The Clinical Intake Officer contributes to the University’s commitment to centrally coordinate and monitor support to create a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for all students. The Clinical Intake Officer will be adept at working as part of a multidisciplinary team with knowledge and experience of mental health service provision and will maintain professional working relationships with ANU Counselling, ANU Student Safety and Wellbeing, and other key ANU services, and with agencies within the community to establish an integrated care pathway for students.

The Person

You will provide initial clinical intake and triage screening and assessment for students seeking mental health and wellbeing support, including providing information, advice, organising referrals, and implementing crisis intervention as required.
