About the role

As a New Car Sales Consultant at Alan Mance Kia, you will play a pivotal role in the company's success by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of new vehicles. This full-time position is based in our Footscray, Victoria showroom and requires a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences

Demonstrate and present vehicles in a way that highlights their key features and benefits

Negotiate with customers to reach mutually agreeable sales terms

Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, industry trends, and competitor offerings

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience in the automotive sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong negotiation and customer service skills

Familiarity with the local market and an understanding of the competitive landscape

Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
