About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated New Homes Consultant to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a pivotal role where you will be the key point of contact for customers embarking on their home-building journey. We are looking for a proactive professional who is excited to actively network within the local community, build our brand's reputation, and create new business opportunities.
This role is based in our Pakenham office. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with a predominantly Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm schedule, with occasional Saturday appointments to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source, generate, and manage leads through various channels.
Actively network and engage with the local community to build relationships, enhance brand awareness, and create new business opportunities.
Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer needs, aspirations, and budgets.
Present and explain our wide range of home designs and customisation options with confidence and expertise.
Prepare accurate, detailed quotations and contracts.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional satisfaction from initial contact to handover.
Maintain precise records and effectively utilise our CRM system.

New Home Sales Experience (Essential): You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the new home building industry.
A Natural Networker: You are a proactive, community-minded individual who is confident and happy to get out of the office to create connections and drive business growth.
Passionate & Driven: You possess an outstanding work ethic, a positive "can-do" attitude, and a genuine passion for helping families build their dream homes.
Exceptional Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers and colleagues.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools.
Driver’s Licence: You possess a current and valid driver's licence.
