About the Opportunity
The Sales Administrator Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders and performing a range of administrative duties to help ensure the smooth operation of our daily business.
As a valued member of a national team servicing the industrial, commercial, defence, and education sectors, you will collaborate with both internal departments and external clients to support the entire sales and delivery process. From responding to initial enquiries and preparing supplier orders, through to coordinating deliveries with our logistics team and processing final invoicing, you will play an integral role in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Sales Administration Coordinator to join our Hemmant-based team. In this full-time, office-based role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the sales process and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
Creating part numbers and maintaining accurate order documentation
Generating and sending invoices
Placing purchase orders with suppliers
Booking freight and logistics
Managing supplier invoices
Processing and tracking customer orders
Coordinating communication between customers and internal departments
Supporting inbound/outbound sales calls
The ideal candidate will have:
Proficient in MYOB and CRM systems (essential)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to generate actionable reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven customer service experience
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience in a similar administration or coordination role in the sales sector
Formal qualifications in business and admin are highly regarded
