About the role

Ecp Constructions' is seeking experienced Carpenters and multi traders to join our team, work available on Brisbane, Logan and gold coast sites. As a employee of ECP constructions you will play a crucial role in the construction and installation of high-quality modular buildings. Government housing, education, multi level accomodation within our modular sector, also in-situ residential and commercial FIFO works available.

What you'll be doing

Construct and assemble modular building components to precise specifications

Perform skilled carpentry tasks such as framing, roofing, installing doors and windows, and claddings

Collaborate with the project team to ensure efficient and timely completion of modular building projects

Maintain a safe and organised work environment, following all health and safety protocols

Installing Modular buildings - Footings, building install, concrete walkways, decks, stairs, ramps and covered areas

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong background in modular or contemporary construction

Excellent woodworking and metal clad skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment, and the ability to use them safely

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to troubleshoot any issues that arise

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to project sites as require

A full set of tools to a carpentry standard
