Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified carpenter with experience working in general carpentry, door hanging, joinery, minor touch up- patching, painting, and trade services. You will possess a strong customer service mentality, be driven, flexible and passionate. You must be open to receiving guidance from site supervisors, with the end goal of eventually advancing into this position.

You will also have the following skills and experience:

The ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills

Ability to be a team player who can work with subcontractors and clients to achieve best outcomes for all

A positive attitude, personal drive, and performance focus.

Prepared to follow our WHSE management system, including completing risk assessments and safe work method statements (SWMS) to ensure hazards are identified, assessed, and controlled before completing tasks.

To be successful in this role you will also have:

Minimum of 3 years in the Building Construction industry

Minimum of Certificate III in Carpentry

Sound knowledge of regulations, by-laws and building codes

Must be able to provide own hand tools

Be reliable, fit, and ready
