As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic Senior Family Lawyer to lead their family law division and shape their future success.

About the Role:

This is more than a typical legal position, it’s an opportunity to guide, mentor, and influence within a supportive environment. As the head of the family law team, you’ll manage a knowledgeable group including a Junior Lawyer and two Paralegals, handling a diverse caseload that encompasses parenting, property settlements, divorce, and domestic violence concerns.

Enjoy a role that balances leadership, client engagement, and strategic growth, offering a flexible work arrangement with up to two days WFH. The role features reduced billable hours (~4.33/day), enabling you to focus on business development, team management, and contributing to the firm’s ongoing expansion.

Ideal candidates are experienced Senior Associates, Special Counsels, or Partners with a minimum of 7+ years PAE in Family Law and a strong desire to lead with impact.

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years PAE in Family Law, with leadership experience

Accreditation (highly desirable)

Expertise in property disputes, parenting matters, divorce, and domestic violence

Mentor who fosters team growth

Business development skills and client relationship management

Collaborative, proactive, and strategic mindset
