About the Position:

As Senior Associate in the Real Estate & Construction team, you’ll take full ownership of leasing and transactional matters such as drafting and negotiating lease agreements under the Retail Leases Act, advising on acquisitions and disposals, and driving your own legal pipeline alongside partners and senior practitioners.

Key Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ post-admission experience as a property lawyer, with strong leasing and transactional credentials
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial legal acumen
• Proficiency with PEXA and solid knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
