We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Personal Injury Lawyer to join our client based in Sydney. In this role, you'll work closely with the Partner to manage a diverse practice that includes VIC statutory workers compensation, work injury damages and to a lesser extent public liability, and TPD claims.

This position is ideal for someone with established experience in personal injury law who is looking to advance their career within a reputable national law firm.

What We Are Looking For

To be a strong candidate for this role, you should possess:

A valid VIC Practising Certificate (essential)

Have at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience practicing in plaintiff personal injury law (pre-admission experience in the area will also be considered)

A solid understanding of relevant VIC workers compensation legislation

The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail

Empathy and active listening skills to understand clients’ situations

A committed approach to achieving favorable outcomes for clients and resolving issues efficiently to secure positive results
