We provide an end-to-end model in our community estates whereby our related building arm completes the house construction once the land is registered

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a full time Construction Coordinator to join our team based in Bella Vista. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of a small team working towards common goals. Your initial focus will be on coordinating workflow to ensure the pre construction process is managed from sale through to job release.

Key responsibilities include

Lead pre-construction activities to ensure targets are met on time in the pre-construction workflow to job release from DA / CC approvals to colours, drafting and estimating to admin complete.

Establish and coordinate clear administrative processes and procedures from initial customer contact to handover on completion

Manage day to day workflow activities including customer service, drafting, estimating, and administration to ensure workflow is managed

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of pre-construction processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce risk.

Assist in developing operational policies and systems

Assist in adminstration of warranty processes on completion.

About You

Must be able to proactive plan, manage, coordinate, track and undertake assigned project tasks effectively

Skills in Framework and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.

Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
