1. Years of Experience

Mid-level PM: 3–7 years in construction roles (including site coordination, scheduling, or contract administration).

2. Core Experience Areas

Project Planning & Scheduling

Proficiency in tools like MS Project or MS excel programming.

Preparing and managing construction programs.

Preparation of timelines for project scheduling

Ability to manage multiple projects in progress

Preparation of project completion documents for clients

Budgeting & Cost Control

Experience with cost estimation and tracking project budgets.

Contract Management

Familiarity with standard forms (AS2124, AS4000, AS4902, etc.) or equivalent.

Managing client agreements, requests and variations.

Risk Management

Identifying and mitigating risks to timelines and costs.

3. Site & Technical Knowledge

Understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.

Aluminium balustrades product knowledge advantageous

Experience coordinating with engineers, architects, and consultants.

Ability to read and interpret detailed ER drawings and specifications.

4. Leadership & Communication

Managing site supervisors, foremen, subcontractors.

Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and clients

Conflict resolution and negotiation experience.

5. Compliance & Safety

Knowledge of onsite WHS/OHS standards.

Experience implementing safety management plans.

6. Digital Skills

Strong email communication to our clients with accurate details and timelines.

Attention to detailed markup building plans, reading and understanding plans.

Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Redhub, Buildpass.)

CAD drawing experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate
