We are seeking a reliable, polished, and highly organised Full-Time Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our busy law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and enjoys providing top-tier client service.

Location: Perth (CBD)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming calls with accuracy and efficiency

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers

Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Provide general administrative support to legal staff as required

Outside clerical duties

About You:

Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (legal industry preferred but not essential)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment

Professional appearance and demeanour
