The Role — What’s On Offer
Based in the Queensland branch, report directly to the Queensland GM.
Drive and grow the commercial HVAC division in QLD — you’ll shape the branch’s future.
Warm leads from the National BDM and Director, plus autonomy to hunt and win your own work.
Daily responsibilities include:
Securing new commercial HVAC projects across Queensland.
Developing and nurturing client relationships for repeat business.
Expanding and energising the QLD branch’s profile in the market.
Working closely with supportive leaders and decision-makers.
Be part of strategic conversations to help steer the business forward.

Who You Are
Experienced external sales rep from the commercial HVAC industry (non-negotiable).
Existing HVAC industry contacts are a big plus but not essential.
A “hunter” — proactive, driven, and loves chasing new business opportunities.
Strong on communication — at ease with project managers, site supervisors, engineers, and directors.
Skilled at managing the sales process end-to-end: from introduction to contract signing.
Resilient, commercially-minded, and unafraid to put in the hustle.
Team-focused but comfortable driving your own results — thrives with autonomy in a supportive, no-ego culture.
