Engagement Coordinator

We’re Connect2Care — one of Australia’s fastest-growing allied health providers. We work with people of all ages and abilities to deliver meaningful, client-led therapy through the NDIS.

What’s the role about?

You’ll work closely with leadership (including the Co-CEOs and GM) and our external marketing partner to boost our brand, connect with our stakeholders, and bring energy to how we show up in the world.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll:

Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders (have an outstanding phone manner and confidence to engage)

Coordinate events — from open days to recruitment expos

Create social content, videos, copy, email campaigns, internal newsletters amongst other creative ways to engage with our internal team and externally. (essentially our Hype- person to get our employees excited and engaged)

Approve branded content and manage back-and-forth with our advertising partner

support our online chat function and engage with live queries

Support internal engagement (including an unofficial party planning committee, The Office fans, this one's for you)

You'll also be trained in the NDIS so you can confidently engage with stakeholders and make a real impact.

Requirements

What You’ll Need (or be willing to get):

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
