About the role

Kempsey Toyota is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales and marketing strategies for our Toyota dealership located in Kempsey, NSW 2440. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives and enhancing the customer experience.

• Managing and motivating a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets

• Proven track record of success in a sales and marketing management role, within the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
• Thorough understanding of the Toyota brand, products, and services
• Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field
