Riverland Group is looking to grow it's management team at The General Assembly & The Boatbuilders Yard in preparation for the busy season. Develop and grow your management skills at two of our busiest venues with our internal and external management training and development program.

The Venues

Located in the heart of South Wharf, easily accessible by tram or train, the Boatbuilders Yard and The General Assembly are right on the doorstep of DFO shopping outlets, the Convention Centre and the entertainment precinct, no two days are the same.

We have positions available at both of our South Wharf Venues, ranging from the 600 capacity General Assembly to the 1400 capacity Boatbuilders Yard.

Many of our existing management team have all been internally developed through our in-depth and diverse in-house training program. They are authentic, professional, and purposeful in their approach – they push, re-imagine, cultivate, and lead.

Who We Are Looking For:

Our Managers are more than just shift runners, we guide you to gain a sound understanding and insight into the operations of the business, including staffing and recruitment, finance, and menu development. Our leaders manage diverse teams of up to 40 enthusiastic and passionate staff. There is the chance to make each venue and each team your own.

We’re looking for a hands-on, optimistic and detail orientated manager with 2+ years experience in a leadership role.
