The Bentleigh RSL have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Duty Manager to join our fantastic team with a great work life balance. This position will report to the Venue Manager and will support and oversee the entire RSL's day-to-day trade.

Duties will include:
• Supervision and co-ordination of staff in the bar, gaming and bistro departments, including training and mentoring
• Ensuring high customer service standards are maintained at an optimum level
• Manage the conduct and performance of staff
• Act as a key advisor to the senior management team
• Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times
• Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, commitment, fairness and co-operation in all aspects of the above

The successful candidate must possess:
• Minimum 2 years gaming experience
• Previous experience In customer service and a leadership or supervisory role is desirable
• Must have a passion for delivering 5 star service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
• The ability to accurately and efficiently solve problems
• A flexible approach to work is required, with full availability including weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA, RSG, Victorian Gaming License & TAB qualifications a must
