💼 About the Role:

As a Duty Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the daily running of the club. From overseeing service and staff to ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests — you’ll be the go-to person on shift and a key part of our leadership team.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

Leading front-of-house and bar operations during service

Supervising and supporting team members across departments

Managing customer service delivery and handling escalations professionally

Ensuring compliance with RSA, RSG, Keno, TAB, Food, Liquor, gaming, and club policies

Cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation, and shift reporting

Opening and closing the venue as required

Coordination of events and promotions

✅ What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar supervisory or management role in hospitality or clubs

Current RSA, RSG, TAB, and Gaming Licences (or willing to obtain)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A hands-on, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of venue operations including bar, bistro, gaming, or functions

Availability for a mix of days, nights, and weekends.
