Due to our rapid expansion, we are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Enquiries Team and be at the forefront of our growth. You'll need strong communication and organisational skills, to ensure that the team is running at full efficiency.
About the Position
The Admin Assistant will be the backbone of our Enquiries Team. This casual role will see you working Monday to Friday, across various, but consistent shifts. In this important position, you'll oversee multiple tech communication channels and support the team, enabling them to provide a premium customer service.
On the daily, this position will include:
Reviewing customer data across appointment bookings and cancellations.
Responding to, and recording basic customer interactions.
Reviewing call recordings to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Generate reports, and share findings with various department stakeholders, ensuring all are kept in the loop.
Supporting across the referral program.
About You
Previous admin experience is essential.
Strong organisational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
Exposure to CRM's (Hubspot or Salesforce) and Excel are awesome, but not essential!
Comfortable travelling into our Osborne Park office.
