Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage customer invoices and receipts.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and proactively manage overdue accounts.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve account and payment queries promptly.
• Prepare AR reports and provide regular updates to the finance team and management.
• Support end-of-month processes and associated administrative tasks.
