Slick Roofing Pty Ltd is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Labourer to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a Labourer, you will be an essential part of our operations, supporting our skilled tradespeople in carrying out various roofing and construction tasks.

Key responsibilities

Assist tradespeople with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing materials and systems

Prepare job sites by clearing debris, unloading materials, and setting up equipment

Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively

Perform general labouring duties, such as moving heavy materials, and cleaning work areas

Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Contribute to the overall success of the project by working collaboratively with the team

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar construction role

Familiarity with roofing materials and construction processes

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
