About the role

TEBCO Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Metal Working Labourer to join our team in Picton, NSW. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As a Metal Working Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our skilled tradespeople and contributing to the success of our metalworking operations.

What you'll be doing

Assisting skilled tradespeople with a variety of metalworking tasks, including cutting, grinding, and finishing metal components

Performing general labouring duties such as material handling, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy and organised work environment

Prep and painting products ready for dispatch

Following safety protocols and working in compliance with relevant industry regulations

Demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop new skills

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Basic experience in a labouring or metalworking role

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately

Strong physical fitness and stamina to handle physically demanding tasks

Ability to operate a forklift

A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with a commitment to workplace safety

Reliable and punctual, with a flexible approach to work schedules
