Complete Staff Solutions is building a pool of general and skilled labourers for a variety of roles across the Northern Rivers region, with opportunities available in Lismore, Goonellabah, Ballina, Casino, Kyogle, and Coraki.

These roles span across various organisations, including local and Australia based construction companies, timber mills, landscaping companies, and local government & council.

Available Roles Include:

Traffic Controllers/Labourers (must hold valid traffic control tickets)

Construction & Demolition Labourers

Timber Mill Labourers

Plant Operators – Roller & Excavator (must hold valid tickets)

EWP Operators

To Be Successful, You Must Have:

White Card (mandatory)

Recent employment history with at least 2 work references.

Relevant tickets and licences for plant equipment with demonstrated work experience

Experience in labouring or construction/demolition work (preferred)

Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on tasks

Reliable transport and a strong work ethic

A positive attitude and a focus on safe work performance
