Workfast is seeking reliable Civil Labourers to join the initial earthworks phase of a major renewable energy infrastructure project in Mudgee/Dubbo region, NSW.

Pay Rate: $37.00 p/hr + Overtime + Super
Location: Dubbo, NSW
Hours: 6:30am start, 10-12 hour shifts
Start Date: ASAP

This is a long-term opportunity working on a Tier 1 solar project supporting large-scale civil construction works, with further infrastructure works to follow.

What You Will Be Doing:

Assisting with bulk earthworks and site preparation

General civil labouring and materials handling

Spotting for machinery and trades

Site clean-up and support tasks

Working alongside plant operators and construction crews

What You Need:

White Card (Construction Induction)

Drivers License

Reliable transport to and from site

Previous experience in civil or construction labouring

Roller ticket highly beneficial

Strong focus on safety and teamwork

Willing to complete pre-employment medical

Benefits:

$37 p/hr + OT and Super

10-12 hour shifts, early starts at 6:30am
