Horizon Power are seeking 2x Senior Business Analysts, to work across multiple product streams, translating business needs into impactful digital solutions.

You’ll drive the successful delivery of digital product initiatives by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring alignment between product owners, SMEs and technical teams. You’ll lead requirement workshops, mapping processes, developing business and system requirements, and supporting agile delivery practices.

What you’ll do:

• Define Needs, Drive Value: Lead workshops to define business/system requirements, map processes using BPMN 2.0, and translate ideas into actionable requirements that align with business goals for delivery teams.

• Bridge business-technical gaps: Effectively communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Enable Iterative Success: Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and testing coordination across multiple product streams.

• Optimise Processes: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promote lean thinking.

• Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and value delivery.

• Support Testing Activities: Actively contribute to System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) outcomes, ensuring quality delivery and traceability of requirements.

What you’ll bring:

• Significant and proven experience as a BA preferably in digital transformation projects.

• Proficient in process mapping (BPMN 2.0), requirements development, and compliance frameworks.

• Experience in supporting business case and options analysis.

• Agile delivery expertise including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story development using tools like AgileDevOps, JIRA and Confluence.

• Strong communicator with a proven ability to engage product owners, SMEs, technical teams and vendors.

• Tertiary qualifications in business administration, information technology, or related discipline.
