About the role

We’re seeking a proactive and personable Property Manager to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment, and genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and tenants.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Company vehicle provided for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Effectively market and lease vacant properties to high-quality tenants

Manage the complete tenant lifecycle, including conducting inspections, ingoing and outgoing and handling maintenance requests

Liaise with landlords to provide regular updates and recommendations on their investment properties

Support the office manager with administrative duties as required

Foster and develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople

Stay informed of legislative changes and ensure documentation accuracy

What we're looking for

A team player with a warm, approachable attitude

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative culture

Experience in property management

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A current Queensland real estate license or registration

A current Queensland drivers licence
