We’re on the lookout for a hands-on leader to oversee day-to-day site operations, drive productivity, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing all site activities across residential/industrial subdivision projects
• Managing subcontractors, plant, and labour on-site
• Ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec
• Driving HSE compliance and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite
• Liaising with project engineers, clients, and other key stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in subdivisions or similar civil projects
• Solid knowledge of earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and service installation
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• White Card + relevant tickets (e.g., RIW, First Aid, etc.)
• Driver’s Licence
