The Role

As Site Supervisor, you will take charge of day-to-day site operations across residential and industrial subdivision projects, ensuring safety, quality, and program objectives are met. You'll work closely with Project Engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to deliver results on time and to spec.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all site-based activities including earthworks, services, roadworks, and landscaping
• Lead site crews and subcontractors to maintain workflow and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• Coordinate with project teams to meet construction schedules
• Drive a positive safety culture and uphold high construction standards
• Manage plant and equipment allocation on-site

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising civil works, particularly urban subdivisions
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Solid understanding of safety and environmental requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• White Card and relevant supervisory tickets
• Current driver’s licence
