A leading Insurance organisation is seeking a Senior Test Manager with a strong background in TOSCA/ Selenium, API testing and Automation to join their team on an initial 6 month contract based in Parramatta.

The Senior Test Manager will play a key part in driving test automation, managing test phases across value streams, and collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Oversee all test phases across value streams and projects.

Execute and maintain test plans across squads within the Agile Release Train.

Proficient in test automation frameworks such as TOSCA and Selenium.

Skilled in API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI.

Knowledgeable in performance and load testing tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter.

Lead automation testing initiatives across all squads.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications
• 15 Years of experience in Test Management (Insurance experience is highly desirable)
• Proven experience managing and driving Test Automation
• Experienced in end to end Test Management
