About the Role We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Program Test Manager to lead and coordinate quality efforts across a broad program of work. This role spans multiple agile squads and value streams, requiring a strong mix of hands-on automation knowledge, strategic oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be responsible for setting the test strategy, driving automation capability, and overseeing both functional and performance testing efforts (hands-on not required for performance).
This is a critical leadership role — perfect for someone confident managing offshore teams, balancing multiple projects, and embedding quality in fast-paced delivery.

What to Expect

• Lead testing efforts across a multi-squad program, blending Agile and Waterfall delivery
• Define and drive automation testing strategy and frameworks
• Oversee performance testing delivery (LoadRunner)
• Manage stakeholders, offshore teams, and test leads across a complex value stream
• Use tools including TOSCA, Selenium, and JIRA
• Ensure governance, traceability, and quality standards are upheld
• Provide leadership and mentoring to distributed test teams

Key RequirementsMandatory:

• Extensive years of software testing experience, with recent senior program/test leadership roles
• Proven experience in insurance or financial services environments
• Strong automation experience including TOSCA and Selenium
• Exposure to performance testing (LoadRunner)
• Experience working across Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Demonstrated experience managing offshore teams and distributed squads
• Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor management skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience scaling automation across value streams
• Comfortable in both hands-on and strategic roles
• Familiar with test governance and risk-based testing approaches
