My client, a major NSW Government organisation urgently requires a Test Lead/Test Manager with proven Waterfall and API testing experience for this 12-month contract role based in the Sydney CBD & WFH (Hybrid)

Working in a highly skilled team of IT and Business professionals, this role will focus on leading a team of testers (onshore & offshore) in the API Testing in-line with project timeframes, budgets and quality standards, of the organisation’s enterprise Application Solutions, for this NSW Government organisation. This is a highly exciting role to work with some of the best in the business in an innovative and collaborative environment. This initial contract will be for 12-months with further extensions highly likely and can be performed working remotely from home 3x days per week, with 2x days per week required in the client’s CBD based offices.

Essential Skills required

• 10 + years’ API Testing experience in total (in Waterfall environments)
• 7+ experience in a Test Lead and/or Test Manager role (both onshore & offshore teams)
• 5+ years of API Testing tools such as SOAP and Postman
• Proven experience of large complex environments
  Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable Skills

• Previous Government, Banking or Telco experience
• Certified in Testing (ISTQB, AQF Etc.)
• Experience of working in project budgets in excess of $20M+
