You’ll start by mastering customer service and order management, gaining a strong understanding of our systems and processes, and contributing to team success—then progress towards leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails
Providing exceptional service and support to new and existing customers
Managing and resolving customer escalations quickly and effectively
Processing and tracking customer orders accurately using NetSuite or similar systems
Providing product and pricing information, resolving order and delivery queries
Identifying opportunities for process and service improvements
Supporting and mentoring newer team members as you grow
Working towards KPIs and customer satisfaction targets
What We’re Looking For:
An aspiring leader – someone who wants to step up, take ownership and drive results
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
Tech-savvy – experience with NetSuite, CRM tools, or Excel is a plus
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
