Site Manager | $20M Multi-Level Fit-Out | Sydney CBD
We’re on the lookout for a proven Site Manager to deliver a high-end, multi-level commercial fit-out in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. This $20M project includes an internal staircase, commercial kitchen, and premium lobby works – ideal for someone with experience managing complex builds with multiple moving parts.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly from structure through to finishes. This is a fast-paced environment with a Tier 2 builder that values quality, safety, and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full on-site delivery and coordination of trades
• Program management and sequencing of works
• Ensuring site safety and compliance
• Managing client and consultant relationships on-site
• Leading site meetings and subcontractor coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience delivering commercial fit-outs valued at $15M+
• Strong understanding of staging, services coordination, and high-end finishes
• Ability to manage high-spec works like internal staircases and commercial kitchens
• Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail
