Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team specializing in food packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in the food packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in the food packaging sector.

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking, and industry events.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective business development strategies.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in coordination with senior management.

Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve company offerings.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and sales reports.

Support product development teams by relaying customer feedback and market demands.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to represent the company.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in food packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing.

Strong understanding of the food packaging industry, materials, and market trends is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales tools.

Willingness to travel as required.
