To be successful you will have the following:

• 2+ years’ experience supervising residential builds
• Trade background (carpentry or similar) highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with Buildxact and Safety Culture platforms
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proven ability to manage difficult builds – e.g., build-unders, tight access sites
• A team-first attitude and approachable, positive personality
• QBCC Licence not essential
• Ideally not from volume building backgrounds
