What You’ll Be Doing

Supervising day-to-day roofing operations and leading on-site teams

Reading and interpreting plans, measuring, and ensuring material accuracy

Coordinating with builders, clients, and internal office staff

Managing subcontractors and product installers

Conducting pre- and post-job inspections to ensure quality control

Troubleshooting technical issues and offering practical solutions

Enforcing safety standards and using digital apps for site management

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience in metal roofing, fascia & gutter (commercial and residential)

Trade-qualified in Roof Plumbing

High-level attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills

White Card, Working at Heights ticket, and a valid QLD driver’s licence

A proactive attitude and commitment to excellence
