Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service as the primary contact for clients, ensuring optimal outcomes
Respond to client queries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
Investigate trading-related issues and deliver clear, concise interpretations to clients
Support clients with technical queries across all trading platforms offered
Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance in managing client records
Liaise with multiple departments to efficiently resolve customer queries
Stay up to date with changes and developments through ongoing training and learning modules
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
RG146 accredited (or willingness to obtain accreditation)
