Talent Connect are excited to be partnering with a fantastic financial services (share registry) organisation who are looking for a Client Services Associate. Based in the heart of Sydney CBD, this role will be responsible for providing key support to the Managers.

Reporting into the Client Service Manager, the Client Service Associate functions as a plan administrator, playing a key role in the successful administration of client’s equity compensation plans, client projects and corporate actions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to start on Wednesday, 16th July and commit through to 12th September (2 month placement with possibility to extend depending on the project but cant be guaranteed)
• Casual x3 days a week (must be able to work Fridays)
• $32.18 PH + Super
• Sydney CBD

THE ROLE

• Support theteam by providing first rate customer service and administration support.
• Understand all client's business goals and objectives.
• Ensure all documentation is prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all new investor “on-boarding” is compliant with the relevant regulations.
• Record details accurately, conduct compliance database searches, liaise with investors to obtain correct and up to date documentation.
• CRM/investment database management.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Interest in and/or experience with equity compensation and share plans.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Confident use of CRM systems and technology
• Previous experience in the Financial Service industry in a similar role
