The Business

A national Financial Planning business with a strong focus on Ultra High Net Worth Client, Intergenerational Wealth and Charitable funds.

The Opportunity

Although a national business, they are currently seeking a Client Services Manager to work in a small team of Advice staff, supporting one of their most senior Advisors in all aspect of managing client relationships.

The role provides an array of administrative support across the client base, but also involve some PA responsibilities. This role involves a high level of client contact and the establishment and management of client accounts, preparing financial documents for client meetings and assisting with the preparation of Review documents as required.

The position is available part time with true flexibility. Working a minimum of 24 hours, please include your preferred days and hours with your application.

Main Responsibilities

Tasks including but not limited to:

Enter and maintain client data

Produce Clients Reports

Implementation of new applications, including all switches or redemptions, fund manager follow-ups, share transfers and transactions.

Ensure all account queries are resolved in an efficient manner, often handling the liaison with share registries, fund managers, insurance companies and clients.

Contribute towards the maintenance of existing client relationships with the company

Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality, accurately maintaining all financial and statistical data on the database

Assist with Financial Planning projects

Diary Management for the Senior Advisor

Flight and accommodation books when required

Organising client functions and dinners etc

What you need to be successful

Client focus

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive “team player”

High level of organisation

Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism

Excellent time management skills with ability to multi task

Qualifications & Experience

Must have experience in a similar role in a financial planning business

Intermediate skills in Word, Excel & Outlook

Understanding of Financial Planning and Investment Management requirements

You must have worked in a Financial Planning business previously
