The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Client Services Officer to join our team and provide exceptional administration support. The role would suit a career administrator, dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of our back office.

The ideal applicant will have:

3+ years experience in a financial planning support position

Exposure to various areas of financial advice such as superannuation including SMSF, personal insurance and investments

Experience using Xplan and Microsoft Office

Experience managing ongoing service agreements

Strong advice implementation experience

A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and be happy to work as part of a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Prepare portfolio reports, OSAs and other documentation as required for client meetings

Prepare and monitor investment applications and liaise with funds managers and third party providers through to completion

Accurately enter and maintain client data in our client management system (Xplan)

Keep workflow software up to date and manage deadlines

Liaise with clients to provide an outstanding client experience

Build ongoing relationships with all stake holders

Ad-hoc admin duties as required

This role is office based and Monday through Friday is preferred. Hours are flexible for the right candidate and salary is dependent on experience.
