Clerical/Administration Assistant - Part Time in busy Home Care Business - Entry Level Role - school-friendly hours!
What is the role
This role is part time – approximately 3 days a week working from our Rozelle office. The Clerical/Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.
Ensuring the smooth running of the office including adequate office supplies (stationery etc)
Managing general incoming calls and enquiries
Coordinating physical and electronic file archiving
Internal audits of files ensuring currency
Maintain participant/client folders, ensuring all required documents are present and current, flagging missing or expired documents.
Data entry
Scanning and processing documents and upload to electronic file system
Ensure all documents are up to date. Identify and flag any documents requiring review, including those that are unsigned or incomplete.
Process incoming mail.
Assist management with admin tasks
General ad-hoc office duties to keep the office running smoothly
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is self motivated and can work autonomously. Someone who will take charge of their role. This is a new role, supporting our Rozelle office to enhance our office culture and team collaboration. This role would suit an enthusiastic junior or someone wanting to return to the workforce needing school-friendly hours.
Previous experience in an administration role
Solid MS Office skills
Excellent administration skills
Effective communication skills
Organisational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Some NDIS knowledge would be highly regarded
