Continued growth and demand for their solutions have opened an exciting opportunity for a new Territory Sales Manager to join their Melbourne-based team.
THE ROLE is your opportunity to own a diverse sales territory, delivering a mix of business development and account management – identifying new opportunities while strengthening existing client partnerships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, taking a consultative approach to solve client challenges and present tailored packaging solutions as well as managing end-to-end projects from proposals and trials through to onboarding and contract execution. Expect variety and excitement in this role, as you represent the business at trade shows and industry events – offering paid travel both locally and overseas.
YOU ARE a relationship-driven sales professional with a proven track record in solution-based selling – ideally within packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG. Known for your consultative approach, you're a natural communicator who builds trust and rapport with ease. Commercially astute, self-motivated, and resilient, you thrive in managing multiple client relationships while successfully closing deals. You bring a technical curiosity and a genuine passion for sustainability and innovation, aligning naturally with the company’s mission and values.
