Processing Accounts Payable & Receivable

Maintain Vendor files and records

Issuing invoices and managing debtor follow - ups

Support payroll and timesheet administration

Data Entry, maintaining financial records and managing internal finance systems.

Accurately enter financial records, and managing internal financial systems.

Providing administrative support for finance, compliance and operational projects.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and reliable candidate who brings :

Relevant experience in an accounts or finance related role.

Proficiency with Xero.

Strong Microsoft Excel Skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent time management and organisation skills.

A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

Speaking Mandarin would be an advantage
