We’re hiring our very first team member: someone who’s excited to be part of a small-but mighty business at the start of its next chapter. This role is perfect for someone with an accounting background who wants to share their knowledge, contribute meaningfully and grow alongside the firm. You’ll work closely with our Director and be mentored as we build something truly special, together.

What you’ll do as our team member

Support a portfolio of amazing female-led clients across, bookkeeping, tax, compliance and advisory

Manage client communication, deadlines and workflows

Collaborate with the director on improving internal systems and processes as we grow

Proactively help female-led businesses achieve their business goals

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have experience in the accounting industry, either through public practice or industry

Are CPA or CA qualified, this is desirable but is not essential. We value experience, willingness to learn and people who prioritize self-development

Are passionate about improving clients systems and processes and have experience with cloud based software

Are comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Care deeply about client service, relationships and doing great work

Are excited by the idea of joining a growing business that wants to do public practice differently
