About us
Operating Nino's Victor Harbor, Nino's Takeaway & Loco Mexican in our busy seaside town. We are looking for a cooking team member to join our team as we head towards our peak trading period and target further business growth. Nino's Victor Harbor is operational 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner with our stand-alone takeaway shop operating 7 nights from 5pm. Loco Mexican is open from 5pm Wednesday to Sunday. Come and work with a passionate team with years of experience.
Qualifications & experience
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
At least 2 years experience in a restaurant kitchen
Food safety supervisor qualification- preferred but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
Day to day kitchen operations
Assisting in mentoring apprentices
Assisting with menu planning
