An exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced new car sales professional, to join the team at Cricks Tweed. We sell 6 big brands including Mitsubishi, Subaru, SsangYong, Omoda Jaecoo and JAC Motors.
We have just finished renovating our showrooms and are expanding the team accordingly.
Cricks Tweed is part of the Autopact Group - one of Australia’s largest and fastest growing automotive dealership groups.
Our dealership is based 10 minutes from Gold Coast airport and services the Southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW areas.
The perfect candidate for this role will ideally have experience as a new car salesperson and be highly motivated to sell cars and ensure their customers “Drive away happy”.
Responsibilities will include:
Helping customers buy a new car and enjoy the process of doing so.
Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish, ensuring the relevant options and sales opportunities are offered.
Professionally handle customer enquiries and follow up appropriately to ensure no opportunities are missed.
Following our process to ensure things run smoothly and customers feel valued and welcome.
Meeting sales volume and gross targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Effectively introduce the aftermarket and finance sales staff members so that they have their opportunity to sell and add value to every deal.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Previous experience in new car sales is very much preferred. (Trainees can certainly apply, and if successful would be employed under a traineeship scenario with a pathway to a full sales role)
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and close sales.
Attention to detail and willingness to be a team player.
Enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed targets whilst meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to work well in a team and add to a great working culture.
